Every week we are laden with tests. Tomorrow? Pathophysiology and Pharmacology. Oh God, help me.

Day 1. Fighting laziness. Last night, I spent a few hours with my friends. We had a pizza party at Nisa’s room. There were seven of us: Arnold, Alyster, Fahmi, Nisa, Farhana and Sunarti. We talked about lots of things. Gossips and etc. I also got to know more about them. For an instance, Alyster has two siblings. All of them are boys and he is the middle child. Fahmi also has two siblings, he is the middle child and the only boy in the family. Farhana has two other siblings and all of them are girls. Nisa has six other siblings. Wow!

We will be having nasi lemak with roasted chicken for dinner today. The Malaysian style.

I have so many problems in my life now. I’m not progressing that much in my studies. No, no, no. I failed Pathophysiology again.

A good morning to all of you! I’m going to the zoo this afternoon with Jac and Mag. It is my first time to the zoo, I just recharge my camera’s battery. I will bring my Polaroid camera too. Maybe once we are there, I will go to the church. Hope I will have fun today! Before I start studying.

We saw a drunk, probably homeless man today. We were on our way to the tram stop. We refused him when he tried to approach us by speaking in English. I should do the opposite thing next time this happens. Goodnight.

2nd May 2014

A month to prepare for the final examination. We have Pharmacology today but I slept in till 7.15 a.m. I will do the last test and credit test together next week lah. GRACE! HOW DO YOU EXPECT TO GET AN ‘A’ IF YOU ARE LIKE THIS?

Do not give up, Grace! Do not forget to exercise too. Just close your eyes and let everything in your mind fade away.

Waking up at the sound of the alarm clock,

Books scattered and mugs of coffee left unattended,

It is 7.15 a.m. Oh no! I’m late.

When will the race ends?

When will the laziness wears off?

Sleeping at the sound of birds singing,

I ask myself, am I studying hard enough?

Am I giving my best?

When will the race ends?

When will the fights end?

I love everything around me. I have finally passed Pharmacology credit test last Tuesday and I even got the credit for Pathology today. It was good. Oh, Orphan Annie Eye of the thyroid papillary carcinoma. A really clear halo of cytoplasm.

Arnold and I will take the Pathology final examination together on the 10th of June. We will pass, both of us. Lord, give us the strength to never give up.

Mummy, I miss you. I called her today. Her never-ending worries for me. Not to go anywhere, not even going back since it involves travelling on air. Roger is going to enrol in the university soon.

Everything will be okay. Everyone is doing fine. All is good.

Am I doing well? I hope so.
